-
It typically results in:
-
Hoarseness or loss of voice
-
Sore or scratchy throat
-
Dry cough or tickling sensation
-
Would you like remedies for it or are you dealing with it right now?
Is this a potent homemade remedy and should be practice with discipline (every morning / night) - Tested and working for me
- Blackstrap Molasses --> Manuka Honey or Raw Honey would be best. I am using blackstrap molasses, and it works too.
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Apple Cider
- Warm water (not hot)
- Lemon grass + Clove + salt -- cook to get the soup and cool to warm before adding to the mix
Half tablespoon of molasses + (blended ginger + garlic + apple cider) + warm water ==> mix altogether. Do not put too much of warm water just enough to dilute a little all the ingredients.
Drink it every morning and night before sleep.
