Great source of fiber simple cooking garlic stir fried of sayur raja. Once cooked this vegetable have slimy texture. To cook it just pluck off the leaf from the stem and also take some of the soft stem and leave the hard stem to the rubbish bin. Chop some garlic and stir fried it. Taste nice!
